Paul Cressman outlined plans for Harrisburg youth and adult programs while noting high costs without proportional returns. A Harrisburg exam for basketball officials will be held January 3 in Arendisville with county officials assigning games.

George Paul Stock of Gettysburg reports his car brakes caught fire while he drove toward Hanover. Firemen from Bonneauville extinguished the blaze with little damage and Stock was unharmed.
