Highway Dept Held Liable for Mt. Holly Bridge Death
An Adams county coroner's jury found the Pennsylvania Department of Highways negligent for not having signals or danger lights on construction equipment at night near a new bridge over Big Conewago Creek. Wilbur H. Norge, 53, of Mt. Holly Springs, died when his car struck a water tank and a road roller on the Carlisle pike in fog and darkness.
