Keefer Fractures Elbow After Fall From Moving Truck
Arthur Keefer, 92, of Gettysburg, suffered a right elbow fracture and severe head laceration when he fell from a moving truck near Latrobe last week. He was treated at Latrobe hospital and received ten stitches for a head wound. The relief driver, R. W. Sitler of Gettysburg, said hydraulic brakes failed to hold on a long grade, and the truck continued for miles before stopping.
