G Ross Ellis Receives Community Service Plaque
G Ross Ellis was honored by borough officials with a plaque at the annual holiday event for 39 years of service. He served as borough councilman 1947 to 1953, president pro tempore 1950 to 1953, and treasurer for 30 years from 1956. He long chaired Rotary and church bodies and taught at Westminster College from 1931 to 1973 before retiring in 1975.
