District reshaping in Pennsylvania shifts campaigns and seats
The new redistricting map reduces Pennsylvania by one seat and merges Reps. Jason Altmire and Mark Critz into a single district. Both plan to seek re election in 2014 with primary on April 24. Republicans Jim Christiana and Keith Rothfus consider runs. Kelly’s district extends into Lawrence County, creating a possible swing area though it leans GOP.
