New Castle man faces gun charges in theft case
New Castle police refiled and withdrew gun and theft charges against Robert Flynn Gardner 27 after learning of his prior robbery conviction. He allegedly fired a handgun while with a woman Oct 24. officers found a stolen silver pistol and three extra rounds. Autumn Griffin was also arrested on a warrant. A warrant for Gardner’s arrest remains active.
