Survey Finds Teens Share Few Racy Photos Online
CHICAGO AP survey shows only 1 percent of 10 to 17 year olds shared explicit nude images and about 7 percent received such pictures, with older teens more involved. Lead author Kimberly Mitchell says teen sexting is not rampant and not usually malicious. Previous higher estimates likely due to broader definitions and older ages.

Attorneys argue building dispute in New Castle case
Senior Judge Michael J. Wherry heard oral arguments over a downtown New Castle property dispute. Plaintiffs Robert W. McGaffie and George Love seek compensation from the city for the former Centennial Building at East Washington and Mill streets, claiming a 1977 closeout agreement bound the city to debts and liabilities of the redevelopment authority. The city disputes liability though the property was listed in the Central Area urban renewal project under federal Neighborhood Development funds.
