Annual art exhibit at Wolf School
On Thursday May 10 at 7 50 p m the second annual art exhibit will be held in the Wolf school hall. Broad Street Theatre to Expand Stage This Summer

Infant Dies While Visiting Uncle Here
Lele May Chappel, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. J. Chappel of Henrietta Pennsylvania, died Tuesday morning at the home of Mr and Mrs L Dettwell er in Nazareth after a brief illness of pneumonia. The baby died during a trip while the mother was en route to Naggreth to visit her brother who is Nazareth schools instructor. The infant was the couple’s only child and the body will be taken to Henrietta for burial.

Robert Adam Laubach a well known Nazareth citizen died at his home Tuesday morning after two weeks illness. He was born July 9 1859 and spent most of his life in Nazareth with his wife who died March 9 1928. He had no children and leaves a nephew Dr Charles Laubach and two nieces Mrs Henry Beck and Mrs Raymond Adams. Funeral from his home Saturday at 2 pm with service at Nazareth St John Lutheran Church and burial in Hecktown Cemetery under pastors Snyder and Klick.

Truant case held over by Justice
James Bartholomew of Lower Suture township was arraigned before Justice Fry on a complaint by Frank Heckman over his son Victor 18 years old. Bartholomew testified he kept his son to help on the farm and would do so if no hired man were available. His wife’s health is poor and the case was held over with a possible $2.50 fine or jail if unpaid.
