Nazareth schools will reopen on Wednesday September 5 for all beginners six years or turning six by January 1 1935. Admission cards are required and may be obtained at the High School principal’s office during the week of August 27. Parents must show vaccination certificates. A special August 28 meeting at 9 a.m. is set for out of town high school entrants.

School Board Sets Tuition for Nonresident Pupils
Nazareth School Board adjourned with members Kern Snyder Bennett and Martin present. A bid from Lehigh Valley Nurseries to sod the High School Athletic Field at two and a half cents per square foot was rejected due to cost. The board fixed nonresident tuition for the coming term at $4.03 per month for grades 1 to 8, $6.21 for grades 7 and 8, and $7.24 for grades 9 to 12.
