Charles Hartzell and A O Shiffer led American Legion Juniors on an August outing to Bibe Park Philadelphia in Bill Ellipple s bus. They lunched en route and returned to Bath about 9 00 pm. The Bath School District reports a year end balance of 2560.23 after receipts of 23466.87 and expenditures of 20906.59. Major figures include current taxes 13108.35, state aid 4936.42, salaries 11191.00, and outside district tuition 3360.41. Bonded indebtness reduced to 15000, sinking fund 4381.58, total assets 64365.32, with auditors Carl P. Smith William H. Hawk and Daniel B. Smith.
