District to gain extra CBWR revenue for tax relief
Myrtle Yount will receive 117206 in additional federal revenue from projected growth on 0 090 acres of Coos Bay Wagon Road lands. The money, paid by Land Management to School District 41 for Wagon Road lands tax, will be applied to tax relief per Superintendent Jerry Bennett. The budget committee had budgeted 300000 for Wagon Road income this year and earlier allocated excess to tax relief. The committee met in special sessions last Spring and will reconvene in November.
