Myrtle Point Ladies Escape Serious Car Crash
Mrs Verne Lundy and three companions survived a highway crash on a wet road near Eugene while returning from a state Federated Woman's Club convention in Salem. Their careful driving avoided a head on collision as another car swerved, causing their vehicle to skid and roll near the grade. All escaped injury with assistance arriving after the wreck.
