Mrs A J Davenport Ernest Davenport and Mr and Mrs P F Bartlett traveled to Weed California for the funeral of Melvin Slingaby who and his wife were killed in an auto accident last Saturday. One child was seriously injured and hospitalized. Funeral services were held in Weed. Slingaby was a former Twin Oaks school attendee and a nephew of A R Davenport.
