Mrs Maud Sims remains seriously ill at her daughter’s home in Myrtle Point as Jesse Dotson’s work is irregular. The Missionary Society gathered at Rev Daniel Evans home for Bible study with several attendees. Clinton Blankenship lost three fingers at the Myrtle Point mill and received hospital care. Julie Ambrose of Orco Idaho visits George Thornton’s home. Perry Waterman and George Thornton groups attended the highway department picnic at Cleawox Lake Honeyman Park. Wyrick covers mail duties while Gladys Evans vacations.
The un signed executor of the estate of Della Shrader, deceased, has filed a final account with the County Clerk of Coos County Oregon. A hearing at 10 00 a m on Tuesday July 30 1957 at the courthouse is set to hear objections. Objections must be in writing and filed with the court by that time. Hillis Barklow Executor name appears with publication dates June 27 July 4 11 18 25 1957.
Leland Page as administrator with the will annexed of the estate named, appointed by Judge Marvin W. Skipworth, sets a hearing for objections to the final account on Tuesday July 19 1957 at 10:00 am at the Coos County Courthouse. Objections must be written and filed with the court by that date. Publication dates June 13 20 27 July 4 and 11 1957.
Notice to contractors invites sealed proposals by Myrtle Point Oregon for integral curb and gutter work catch basins man holes and a two inch asphaltic concrete surface unit price contract with separate asphaltic concrete bid. Plans and forms available at the city recorder office for ten dollars refundable if a bona fide bid is submitted. Bids due July 15 1957 at 7 30 p m and open at 8 00 p m.
