Gerald G Balcom 24 and his young daughter Judy Mae die in a two car crash on Highway 42 two miles east of Remote. Injured are wife Mrs Balcom 20 and two other children Teresa and another boy. May Sangster 44 is in critical condition and Andrew Sangster 37 hurt but stable. The second vehicle’s operator Glen Fisher 23 and passenger Carl Wallen 21 were treated and released. The Balcom car veered into the east lane and rolled, while the other car stopped after the collision.
