Coquille duo elected directors of Security Bank of Coos County
At the annual stockholders meeting Harry Slack Jr and W H Petre both of Coquille were elected directors of the Security Bank of Coos County. The two bring local representation to the board of the pioneer bank serving the Coquille Valley since 1919. Slack Jr an attorney and Coquille native, graduated from Willamette University Law School in 1955 and has served as city attorney since 1960. he is a former president of the Coquille Lions club and the Coos Curry Bar Association.
