School Budget Proposal For 1968 69 Revenues And Levy
The district 41 budget committee met to review the 1968 69 budget proposed by Superintendent Joe Stewart. The proposed budget totals 1 321 233 63 with a 39 278 tax levy increase equal to 4 mills. Total taxes for balancing the budget are 690 424 with offsets from various taxes to be determined later. The increase largely reflects salary raises for classified and certified staff.
