Pioneers Meet In Marshfield Invitation Recalled
At a long-ago Coos County Pioneer Society gathering, Dr C W Tower presented a joint message from the Kla City Council and Marshfield Chamber of Commerce inviting the group to meet in Marshfield. A 1908 record is missing, but today locals recall a December 10 luncheon and program in Coos Bay with dinner at noon for 1.25.
