Hit and run arrest follows speedy Myrtle Point crash
Donald Richards a 19 year old of Coquille was arrested for hit and run and reckless driving after speeding past the police station and running a stop sign at Fifth and Maple colliding with a jeep driven by Kent Walton. Richards was stopped by Officer Earl Thatcher, jailed, then released on a citation to appear in Myrtle Point Municipal Court.
