Mrs. Dwayne Pierce named president of Beta Delta Phi for 1968 69 at the group’s April 18 gathering hosted by Mrs. JoAnn Dewald. New officers include Larry Haley vice president, Dave Updegrave extension officer, Jerry Fluke recording secretary, Lynn Harriman corresponding secretary, and Mark Jones treasurer. Richard Payne attended as guest and painted a still life in oil. A dime drawing reward went to Dave Updegrave. refreshments were served to members and the hostess.

Beta Delta Ch r of Beta Sigma Phi held its Ritual of Jewels dinner on Thursday April 4 with a Hawaiian theme. Members taking the Ritual of Jewels were Mrs Alan Miller Mrs Jerry Fluke Mrs Dave Updegrave Mrs Larry Wollem and Mrs Lynn Harriman. On Wednesday night April 10 members enjoyed bowling. A work party was held Tuesday April 16 at the home of Mrs Mark Jones to prepare for the Founders Day banquet.
