Lund Gets One Year In Penitentiary On Attempted Rape Charge
Fred Lund pleaded guilty to attempting rape in the city and was sentenced by Judge Coke to one year in the penitentiary but paroled for good behavior. He has been drinking heavily and remained in an irresponsible condition for days. Parole requires total abstinence from intoxicants. The report is from the Bandon Recorder via Port Orford Tribune.
