Coos Bay, Sept 11 The Coos Bay Times reports G A Smith Co will move part of its Bay Point plant to Coos Bay to exploit a new terminal lumber rate. The move aims to serve eastern markets by direct Coos Bay shipments, with tariffs showing Coos Bay now equal to Portland in coast rates.
