New Land Rulings Regulate Timber and Stone Act Titles

Roseburg land office issues new regulations for acquiring public land under the timber and stone act. Applications since November 30, 1908, will be sold at appraised value. Applicants must personally examine the land within 30 days before filing, report timber quantity and value, and pay a $10 filing fee.
