Draper Old Folks Festival Celebrates Community Spirit
The thirtieth Draper Old Folks festival featured a forenoon program of aines and talks by honored guests over sixty, a bountiful banquet, and evening dances. Dr Merrill of BYU gave the oration, and Draper school girls performed dances under Miss Blanche Mawson. Ariel Orchestra provided music as memories of past decades revived, praising cooperative women and committee members for a well run, ideal weather day that adds another golden paragraph to Draper history.
