Otis A. Stoltz, 59, prominent farmer and poultry raiser near Dahlgren, died at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at home after a paralytic stroke. He suffered a stroke Tuesday and another yesterday. Funeral services are set for Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill church. Survived by wife Mary, three sons Kenneth of Belle Rive, Robert of Rockford, and Lloyd at home, and a daughter, Mrs. Leonard Duncan.

Mt. Vernon State Fair Ass'n officers and directors were re elected at the annual meeting. Wal ter Rhodes was re elected president with John C. Dale Clyde Lee and Clarence S. Wilson also re elected.
