Fairgrove commencement address noted by locals

New American Embassy Planned in London

Ambassador and Mrs. Houghton will move into the combined American Embassy buildings at 13 and 14 Prince's Gate in late July. The Mor gan-toward mansion project has joined the former Crewe House, with decorators applying the architect's plans. Embassy offices including the Chancery and attaché quarters will stay at 4 Grosvenor Gardens.
