Garden clubs lead regional workshop on environmental education
Mrs. Vernon L. Conner of Mount Dora participated in a three day leader training in Watkins Glen New York representing the National Council of State Garden Clubs. The session drew 17 northeastern states with 2 delegates per state and 15 council representatives to map local workshops.
