Mount Dora Christmas Parade Back On Track

Mount Dora Growers Report Strong Season and Growth Plans
Mount Dora Growers Cooperative reported a solid season with about 1.53 million boxes expected to be picked in the 1973/74 season, up from prior years. General Manager Robert H Blair told stockholders at the 37th annual meeting that packing-house equipment upgrades aim to cut labor needs and raise packed fruit by 200 000 cartons to reach one million cartons equivalent.
