Shores suit dismissed against Mount Dora city
Following dismissal last Thursday of the Sylvan Shores suit against the City of Mount Dora, Circuit Judge Wallace E. Sturgis Jr. ruled the complaint did not adequately outline a cause of action. City Attorney Roy Christopher says the next move rests with the plaintiff.
