Excess T Coupons To Be Recalled Under New Procedure
The ODT will recall excess T gasoline coupons tied to Certificates of War Necessity. Affected operators must surrender invalid certificates and surplus coupons to the ODT, which will issue receipts and destroy the coupons. New rules expire excess coupons on revised certificates and require surrender when certificates are modified to curb misuse amid wartime fuel shortages.
