City Council of Mount Dora enacted an amendment to the 1966 zoning ordinance changing R-3 high density residential uses to include apartments condominiums and cooperative apartments with other conditional uses. A public hearing is set for April 7, 1970 at 8 p.m. in City Hall to consider final passage. Also probate notice to creditors for the estate of Helen M. Gruey asking claims within six months.
