Lex McFadden of Toronto and Dick Folkins of Arro Seco led a four player field at the Orlando event with McFadden defeating Folkins and Forrester defeating Tewksbury in early matches. McFadden then beat Forrester and Folkins beat Tewksbury to crown the four prize winners as McFadden Forrester Ins and Tewksbury. Visitors praised the club house and hospitality including Larry Hennings of Seattle and Dave Dakers of Milton Mass. with Ed Hayden of Clearwater club president awaiting doubles and finals later in the week.
