Wayside Packing House To Feature Lake Co Grapes
The Wayside Packing House plans June shipments of Lake County Beacon Grapes the first ripe fruit of the season. A 10 pound ventilated carton with three basket trays will carry the grapes sealed with wire for shipment from Central Florida. The display aims to prove Lake County's agricultural productivity and attract visitors and buyers to the state. The Wayside serves over 10 000 customers and will host open afternoons for grape inspections starting June 25 for about two weeks.

Floriorange Canneries still ships canned orange and grapefruit juice by the truck load with ten loads sent last week. The last week’s grapefruit juice shipments finished.
