Mount Dora fashion shows dazzle local ladies
Two fashion events in Mount Dora drew about 550 attendees at the Lakes and Hills Garden Club show and around 250 luncheon guests at Jenny's Garden Gate. Models from Brady's of Eustis Knit N Needle Sally Shop and Village Gate showcased sleepwear knits morning wear sportswear suits and evening gowns with prizes including a Daytona weekend. Peggy Beazley earned praise for set design and Mrs Dowman kept the events lively and orderly.
