John M Welch of Detroit and Mt Plymouth died February 7 leaving the Lawn Bowling Club missing a genial member. Mrs Welch receives club sympathy as President Thomas and members Bryant Downes Wilmot Swift and Hadsall attend the state tournament in St. Petersburg entering two trebles teams. Ed Jones and spouse won all their games in the husband and wife event with a three way tie for second. Continued on page 8.
