Quinton Diggs sang for residents and Wee Care Daycare children joined an egg hunt. IRS reminds retirees of April 1 2016 RMD deadline
The Internal Revenue Service notes that taxpayers who turned 70.5 in 2015 must begin required minimum distributions from traditional IRAs and most workplace plans by April 1, 2016. The first-year deadline applies only to the initial distribution. subsequent years use December 31. Qualified charitable distributions can count toward RMDs for IRA owners aged 70 or older, with a $100,000 annual exclusion.
