Three Girls and a Swirl Changes Hands in Mount Carmel
In Mount Carmel the ice cream shop Three Girls and a Swirl on Market Street has changed ownership after three years. New owners Whitney Hamm, Christina Smith and families plan a April 23 grand opening for Scoops Sweet Shoppe with free sno cones, hand dipped and soft serve ice cream, sno cones in many flavors, cupcakes, and call ahead service for curbside pickup. The former owners Cannon Reagan and Jordan Keepes thank the community and wish the new owners success.
