Seniors Enjoy Sight Seeing Trip from Moulton to Laredo and San Antonio
The Moulton Senior Class returned Friday from a tour that included Corpus Christi, Laredo, San Antonio and other points. They traveled May 18 to Corpus Christi then on to Laredo and San Antonio, with visits to parks, beaches, and attractions, staying at White Plaza Hotel and Hamilton Hotel. The trip featured speed boat riding, dancing, swimming, and a stop at KTSA radio, plus a Mexico afternoon in Laredo and stops at Brackenridge Park, Fort Sam Houston, Randolph Field, and Starcke Park Seguin on the way home. The group list includes Burl Phy as sponsor and Jeanette Jaluska among others. Josie Lee Petrek chaperoned the girls.

Schulenburg erased a 12 7 deficit with six runs in the seventh and added one in the eighth, while the Bobkatz were held scoreless in the eighth and ninth.
