Ramsey Loses Court Decision on Campaign Spending Suit
Austin Lt. Gov. Ben Ramsey lost an effort to halt statements in an anticipated campaign spending suit by C. T. Johnson. The Texas Supreme Court ruled 6 to 3 to dissolve a January temporary stay.
