At a school board meeting the board voted to offer bookkeeping and typing to high school students. Bookkeeping will be available to tenth and eleventh graders while typing is open to all high school students. The district seeks a capable teacher to begin these courses and earn accreditation.

Richard Mueck Fatally Struck On Highway 95

Richard Mueck age 55 7 months 11 days was killed Saturday night when struck by an automobile on Highway 95 near Sulphur Park. Alfred Filipp the driver was blinded by headlights from an approaching car. Inquest was led by Judge A J Darilek.
