Funeral service held Friday for Moulton business man
Funeral services for John A. Ducho, a Moulton business man fatally injured in a car crash on the Komensky-Moulton Highway, were held Friday at Smith Funeral Chapel and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. He died May 24 in Hallettsville hospital. Burial in Moulton Catholic Cemetery. He is survived by his wife Mary Schacherl, two daughters, two sons, five grandchildren, and three sisters.

Moulton Stockmen Win Prizes at Shiner Dairy Show
Moulton stockmen collected multiple prizes at the Shiner Dairy Show on Saturday. Bill Steinacher won first prize grand champion bull two years old and top placements in aged cow and cow classes. John Beck won first prize bull under one year. Eugene Krejci earned several firsts and seconds across heifer and cow classes. Steinacher also showed at the Weimar show on May 18, taking second in both cow and bull.
