Tec 4 Victor Fishbeck of Route 1 Moulton Texas is released from active military duty. He has long been a patient at Brooke General Hospital Brooke Army Medical Center San Antonio.
Melvin Ammermann of Southwest Texas Teachers College San Marcos spent the week end at his parents home Mr and Mrs D Ammermann. Weldon Ermis of Freeport spent the week end in Moulton with his parents Mr and Mrs Ad Ermis.
Colonel and Mrs Fojt and daughters visit the Hruska family as he completes five months at the Armed Services Staff College in Norfolk. They plan to sail from the west coast for the Hawaiian Islands on August 19 where Colonel Fojt will be stationed. Mrs Fojt became ill after arrival and is confined to bed.
