Funeral services were held at Zion's Lutheran Church for B von Lienen of Moulton aged 91. officiating was A D Klages of Halletts ville. He died December 1 at his son's home after living in Moulton since 1910. He was born in Jaderburg Germany in 1845 and came to Texas in 1871. Surviving are one son, a stepson, 11 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Many relatives attended from across Texas and beyond.

Joe A Dierschke a prominent farmer of near Moulton died by self inflicted gunshot. Inquest was held by Judge A J Darilek. Funeral from the family residence Tuesday with services at St Josephs Church. Interment in Moulton Catholic Cemetery. He was 68 years, native of New Um Austin county, resided in Lavaca county. Survived by nine children and ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
