Mrs Gerhard H Mueller hosted the Moulton Lutheran Frauen Verein on Thursday. Members spent the afternoon handworking and made a quilt. Refreshments of cake sandwiches and coffee were served. The next meeting will be with Mrs Leo Jaroszewski on May 6. A picnic is planned for Hermann park hall on May 13 and all are invited.

Mrs Anna Eschenberg obituary from Schulenburg
Mrs Anna Eschenberg nee Herder of Schulenburg died Sunday in San Antonio where she sought medical treatment. Her body was sent to Schulenburg for interment in High Hill cemetery. She was about 74, survived by sons R I Eschenberg of Floresville and Charles Eschenberg of Shiner, daughter Mrs Albert Berkenhoff of Shiner, two sisters, two brothers, sixteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
