Union votes Saturday on new contract

Rescue at Dakin Street fire saves twenty residents
Firemen rescued about 20 occupants from a three-story building at 813 815 Dakin Street. Flames and dense smoke trapped residents on the second and third floors as firefighters set up ladders and led them to safety. Government reports show April CPI up 0.3 percent
