Rock Island and Silvis man John Barnes 23 faces a $1000 bail for violation of bail bond and his marijuana case bail rises to 50000. Arraignment set for Tuesday with a sentence hearing to follow. They talked of installing anti static devices, took signed checks without amounts, then cashed them at Bank of Yorkville. One man 5 11 to 6 feet tall wore blue shirt. the other 5 10 with crossed eyes and yellow Bell hard hat.
