Nick Norris, 15, was treated and released at St Joseph Hospital Joliet after being struck by Eugene Nicoletti's 1976 Chevrolet pickup on Illinois 113 near Berta Street. Nicoletti reported traveling about 15 mph and could not stop. damage to the truck was estimated at 25 dollars. The incident occurred around 6 45 p.m. Thursday as youths rode bicycles nearby.

A status hearing on charges against Judge Thomas Clydesdale and three others was set in U S District Court Chicago. The defendants Corgiat Costa Halm and a fourth named Oglesby man were indicted May 7 1975 on three counts of conspiring to defraud the First National Bank of Oglesby. Judge Alfred Kirkland presides.
