Tornado hits Highland in Madison County Illinois
A tornado touched down in Highland at about 2 a.m. damaging 50 to 75 homes in Oak Ridge and Town East subdivisions. Police reported 52 homes heavily damaged in the southern part of the city with $500,000 estimated homeowner losses.
