Appeals board rezones Tri Oil land to B III over B II bid
The appeals board unanimously recommended rezoning the Tri Oil property to B III, rejecting a B II request as conflicting with the corridor study. Limbach's 5 acre site at DuPont and Lynn Rds was granted rezoning to BI for an agriculture related business with plans for a 30 by 50 foot office and 60 by 120 foot warehouse. Thompson's M 1 zoning auto wrecking yard request was continued after objections for added fencing and distance conditions. Workman seeks a basement but flood plain rules limit floor level. crawl space permit granted and full basement may trigger lender concerns.
