Wisconsin man charged in Minooka armed robbery case
Ronald E. Brinkman of Madison Wisconsin is charged in Grundy County Circuit Court with armed robbery burglary felony theft unlawful restraint and battery for alleged acts Friday in Minooka. He was arrested Saturday in Lake County after abandoning a stolen car and taking another vehicle. Bond set at 75000.

Two Morris High Seniors Die In One-Car Crash
A one car wreck on U.S. 6 near Seneca in LaSalle County killed Morris Community High School seniors Scot Allan Jomlin 18 and David A Henneberry 17. The driver lost control on a curve, leaving the road and hitting a tree. Coroner Wayne Hess said both died instantly from head and chest injuries. Two youths charged in damage to school window
Anthony Baker aged 17 and Terrance Peterson aged 18 were arrested for criminal damage to property under 150 dollars. Morris Police stopped a car on Wauponsee Street after a report of a window being broken at Garfield School. The window valued at 20 dollars. Missing Mount Prospect girl believed not a runaway
Barbara Glueckert 14, Mount Prospect High freshman, vanished after a mass and Rock concert near Carpentersville nine days ago. Police identified an older man, Thomas Urlacher 24, as involved. Urlacher planned to go to Arizona and used several names. Authorities say she did not return home and fear for her safety.

Millbrook Man Stabbed in Farm Incident
Charles E. Sleezer, 62, of Woodfield Road, was stabbed multiple times at his farm after investigating noises from his pigs. He was listed in satisfactory condition at Sandwich Community Hospital. Sleezer called for help and was flown by Plane Ambulance to the hospital. the Kendall County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
